Before you upload your pet photo
Will I see the portrait before it is made?
Yes. A digital preview is sent within 2 to 3 business days. Production starts only after you approve it.
Can I ask for a change?
Yes. One revision is included before approval for practical edits like background tone, crop, name spelling, or small detail adjustments.
When will my order arrive?
After approval, production usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days and includes tracking.
Can I return a custom portrait?
Approved personalized artwork cannot be returned because it is made from your photo and notes. If an item arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us within 7 days.
What photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo taken near eye level works best. The eyes, face shape, and markings should be easy to see.
