Preview-first custom order policies
These policies apply to custom pet portraits and personalized gifts made from your uploaded photo and order notes.
Revision
One revision is included before approval for practical edits such as background tone, crop, name spelling, memorial date, or small detail adjustments.
Production
After approval, production usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Larger or more complex custom items may need extra time.
Shipping
Physical orders usually ship in 5 to 10 business days after production and include tracking. Carrier delays can occur during holidays or weather events.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours, or any time before artwork has started. Once a preview is in progress, artist time has already been reserved.
Returns
Approved personalized items cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
