Preview policy
Your digital preview is sent before production. One revision is included before approval for practical changes such as crop, background tone, name spelling, or memorial date.
Shipping timeline
After approval, production usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days and includes tracking.
Photo guidance
Use a clear, well-lit photo where the eyes, face shape, and markings are visible. If the photo is not usable, we will ask for another image before the artwork begins.
Email and order details
Your personalization details are saved as order properties. For file uploads, use a Shopify-compatible upload app so the original image URL is accessible from the order.

Will I see the portrait before it is made?
Yes. You receive a digital preview before production starts.
Can I ask for a change?
Yes. One revision is included before approval for practical changes such as background tone, crop, name spelling, or small detail adjustments.
Can I return a custom portrait?
Approved personalized artwork cannot be returned because it is made from your photo and notes. Damaged or incorrect items are reviewed within 7 days of delivery.
Where does my uploaded photo go?
Order form details are saved to the Shopify order. For reliable file storage, install an upload app and place its app block in this product template.
